PRESCOTT CLASSES:
ALIGN AND FLOW: INTERMEDIATE
Monday 8:30-9:45
This class provides an intelligently sequenced vinyasa flow interwoven with alignment
instruction, in the context of the deep teachings of yoga. The intention is to approach more
challenging poses in a playful, supportive, and safe environment, while maintaining a focus on
the breath. Over sequential weeks, the full spectrum of yoga poses are incorporated into the
practice, with more or less advanced options suggested. Best suited for those with some yoga
experience and a willingness to explore the internal dynamics of yoga.
ALIGN AND FLOW: FOUNDATIONS
Tuesday 12-1pm
This class begins with a brief yogic teaching that can be applied to life, then move into some
alignment focus, followed by an intelligent sequencing of poses. Beginners are welcome as
different options are suggested for different levels of experience. Students learn how to
connect with breath and a deeper part of themselves, to connect breath with movement, while
building strength and flexibility. Instruction over sequential weeks will cycle through different
areas of the body and types of poses to provide a foundation for how to safely move to
promote healing and prevent injury.

YOGA BASICS
Sunday 9-10:10 (mountain time)
These classes are perfect for anyone who has at least some experience in yoga. We will review alignment basics, and build our repertoire, but keep to the basic poses. Wonderful for those who want to move without overdoing it.
VINYASA
Wednesday 9-10:10 (mountain time)
A straight ahead guided vinyasa class for seasoned practitioners.
FULL CIRCLE YOGA
Tuesday 4:15-5:45 (mountain time) Not currently meeting
Combines the full mandala (circle) of yoga practice: asana (posture), chanting, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. We begin with a guided mixed levels asana practice (45-60 minutes) with minimal instruction in order to begin turning within, followed by a brief japa (chanting) practice (3-10 minutes), pranayama (3-5 minutes), then moving into meditation (15-25 minutes). This class is intended for continuing yoga asana students, who have some experience with meditation.
