Full Circle Yoga combines the full mandala (circle) of yoga practice: asana (posture), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. We begin with a guided mixed levels asana practice (45-60 minutes) with minimal instruction in order to begin turning within, followed by pranayama (5-10 minutes), then moving into meditation (15-30 minutes). This class is intended for continuing yoga asana students who wish to learn meditation or who already have a meditation practice and wish to practice in community.
Following are series classes held at my home studio in North Boulder.
CONTINUING FULL CIRCLE
(prerequisite: experience with meditation or instructor permission)
TUESDAYS 5:30-7 more advanced guided practice
Mar 21-May 9
THURSDAYS 5:30-7 intermediate level with instruction
Mar 23-May 11
Each session will cover 8 weeks. To sign up you pay $70 for 6 classes. If you attend more than 6 classes, it is an additional $10/class to be paid in cash at class.
