I specialize in teaching yoga to beginners, those with injuries, or anyone wanting a gentler practice. These are series classes held in my intimate home studio, so we can build our understanding over a period of time.
This is an exceptional opportunity to start yoga off on the right foot (hand, leg, etc.)! You will be introduced to a variety of beginner level poses, breathwork, alignment basics, and learn how to modify your poses for your ability and to stay safe. All ages, types and ability levels are welcome.
This series is perfect for anyone who has at least some experience in yoga. We will review alignment basics, and build our repertoire, but keep to the basic poses. Wonderful for those who want to move without overdoing it.
