I teach a variety of yoga asana classes, many of them incorporating meditation- below are the online yoga asana classes I am currently teaching. You can join via Zoom from anywhere on the planet. Let me know any class you’re interested in, and I’ll send you the link.

YOGA BASICS
Sunday 9-10:10 (mountain time)
These classes are perfect for anyone who has at least some experience in yoga. We will review alignment basics, and build our repertoire, but keep to the basic poses. Wonderful for those who want to move without overdoing it.

VINYASA
Thursday 9-10:10 (mountain time)
A straight ahead guided vinyasa class for seasoned practitioners.

FULL CIRCLE YOGA
Tuesday 4:15-5:45 (mountain time)
Combines the full mandala (circle) of yoga practice: asana (posture), chanting, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. We begin with a guided mixed levels asana practice (45-60 minutes) with minimal instruction in order to begin turning within, followed by a brief japa (chanting) practice (3-10 minutes), pranayama (3-5 minutes), then moving into meditation (15-25 minutes). This class is intended for continuing yoga asana students, who have some experience with meditation.
